Traffic that converts into a first deposit, for iGaming and crypto: 18 sources, 59 countries, a media plan in 48 hours
September 2025 — August 2026. Updated quarterly.
What we stand on
- 01
Numbers before the contract, not after
A forecast broken down by source, GEO and week is prepared before signing. If the numbers do not work on paper, we say so before you spend the budget, not in the first month's report.
- 02
One metric per campaign
A campaign is optimised for one target action: first deposit, first trade, active address. Two target actions are two campaigns with separate buying and separate reporting, even when the product is the same.
- 03
Cut, don't explain away
A placement with cost per action above target by week two is cut and replaced. We do not spend time explaining why a weak source might still deliver — we move the budget to one that already does.
- 04
Media cost at face value
Ad spend goes as a separate line at the platform's buying price. We show creator and platform invoices, not a single "placement" figure. A markup on someone else's inventory is a conflict of interest, and we removed it.
- 05
The report reads without us
The weekly report uses the same breakdown as the media plan: GEO, source, period, spend, actions, cost per action. You see what works and what does not without a call with a manager and without a twenty-slide deck.
From request to report
- 1 day
Inquiry and first call
You submit a request, we reply within one business day. On the first call we learn the product, GEO, licence and target action. If we see it is not a fit, we say so right away and explain why.
- 2–3 days
Brief and audit
We fill a brief from a template: product, funnel, current traffic, what has been tried, the budget range. In parallel we check which sources are available for your GEO and licence.
- 3–5 days
Media plan and forecast
We build a media plan split by source, GEO and week. Each source comes with a forecast: volume, click cost, step-by-step conversion, expected cost per action. We show where every number comes from.
- 2–4 days
Approval and contract
We discuss the plan, revise it, approve it. We sign a contract or IO with an annex fixing GEOs, sources, volume and targets. Tracking and event forwarding are set up before launch.
- 1 week
Launch and week one
Week one is a check: we reconcile our data with yours, confirm events are passing through, and see which sources hit target cost. Volume ramps from week two.
- weekly
Reporting and decisions
Every week — a report in the media plan breakdown: what was spent, how many actions, cost per action by source. Based on the results we decide what to scale, what to cut and what to test next.

We decline upfront, not after payment
Six cases where we do not take a project: a product without a release, promises of returns, grey schemes to bypass moderation and others.
