We already had a bad experience with influencers+
Almost always the same reason: paying for reach without measuring an action. We set a promo code and a deep link per creator, cut underperformers in the first week and reallocate the budget.
Our niche does not pass moderation+
That is exactly our specialisation. Search and paid social are closed — creators remain. Scripts pass a legal review against market requirements.
We have no end-to-end analytics+
On the first flight we measure by promo codes and a "how did you hear about us" field, and help set up basic tracking in parallel. Without it we do not launch a second flight.
We are afraid the creator will go off-script+
The script provides anchor points; the creator picks the words — that is what makes the video work. Final cut is approved before publication.
The budget will be spent with nothing to show+
Media runs as a separate line at cost with no markup. A creator who misses deadlines or quality is replaced at our expense — it is in the contract.
We need results yesterday+
A plan with a budget — in two days; first placements in 7–10 days. Faster only from those who sell off-the-shelf inventory without creator selection.
We do not understand what the fee covers+
For the work, not the buying: media goes at the platform price and shows up in the report as a separate line. What is included and when the invoice is issued is on the pricing page.
Our budget is small+
The entry threshold is $2,500 in fees plus media from $3,000: roughly $5,500 for the first flight. With less volume the campaign does not collect enough data to make decisions, and we say so before starting, not after.
Do you work with international GEOs+
47 GEOs. Scripts are written in the market language with local creators, not translated from Russian.
What happens if a placement does not perform+
Underperforming placements are cut in the first days and the budget is reallocated within the flight — replacement placements and reshoots are included in the fee. Details on the pricing page.
How much does a test cost and what do we get from it+
A test is two to four weeks and two or three sources with small budget shares, usually from $5,000 in media money plus the fee. The output: registration and deposit cost per source, verification share, a list of placements worth scaling and a list of those not to return to.
Who owns the ad accounts and data after the work ends+
You do. Accounts, domains, pixels and postbacks are registered to the client’s legal entity; we get access for the term of the contract. The placement whitelist, the blacklist and the price history by source stay with you in the reports; nothing “leaves” with the contractor when we part.
Can we work without our own tracker+
You can, but not for long. For the test we set up tracking on our side and send postbacks to your CRM. By the time you scale, the tracker must be yours: otherwise the click and deposit history lives with the contractor, and reconciling disputed periods turns into correspondence.
How do you tell live traffic from bots and bonus hunters+
By the chain after registration, not by clicks: verification share, second-deposit share after 30 days, chargebacks after six weeks. A source is compared with its neighbours in the region, not with an abstract norm. The source with the best CPA and the worst retention gets cut first.
What happens if a geo is closed mid-campaign+
Prepaid placements with creators are moved to a neighbouring country or refunded under the platform agreement; network buying stops the same day. The media plan lists a backup country with a similar deposit price for every geo in advance, so the move takes days, not weeks.
Do you work on rev-share instead of a fee+
Not on test and standard: the fee is a separate line so that our interests do not diverge from yours at a stage where data is still scarce. On scaling a hybrid is negotiable: part of the fee is replaced with a share of NGR from the sources we brought to plan. The calculation base and the term are fixed in the contract.
What budget makes sense to start with+
From the amount that buys at least 100 deposits in the chosen geo: below that, the difference between sources drowns in noise. For Tier-3 that is from $3,000–5,000 of media money for a test, for Tier-1 from $15,000. Smaller budgets go into one source rather than being spread across three.
How fast can a campaign be stopped and what is lost+
Network and paid-social buying stops the same day with no loss. Creator and streamer placements are paid upfront: what is already agreed and filmed will go out or be moved under the platform agreement. That is why the prepaid part is always marked separately in the media plan.
How the money is counted
What the fee includes and what it does not+
The fee covers all work: creator selection, negotiations, scripts, approvals, tracking, reporting. It does not include media — that runs as a separate line at the platform price with no markup. Production is quoted separately if needed.
Why media is a separate line+
Because otherwise it is unclear what you are paying for. An agency that names a single all-in figure earns on the gap between cost and invoice — and is incentivised to buy cheap rather than effective. We show platform invoices.
When the invoice is issued+
The fee — at the start of the month. Media — once the media plan is agreed, before the first placement. Platforms require prepayment, and that is their rule, not ours.
Minimum commitment+
A flight starts at one month, but the honest answer: in a month you see first placements, not results. For niches with a long decision cycle — fintech, B2B, real estate — less than three months is pointless, and we say so before the contract.
What if results are below the forecast+
The forecast in the media plan is a range, not a promise. If the actual cost per action exceeds the upper bound, we reallocate the budget within the flight at our expense: replacement placements and creative reshoots are included in the fee. There is no refund for work already done — it was done.
Can we pay on a performance basis+
Rev-share is on the table, but not on the first flight: without data on your funnel any rate will be either predatory for you or loss-making for us. We usually move to it after three months of working together, once the numbers are known to both sides.
