The fee as a separate line
Three formats of work. In all three, the media budget is a separate line at the platform purchase price, with no markup.
A hypothesis check: one or two GEOs, two or three sources, enough volume for the numbers to stop being noise.
- Media plan and forecast before launch
- Tracking and event forwarding set up
- Per-source report at the end of the flight
- A list of what scales and what gets shut off
Regular buying against an agreed media plan: several sources, a volume plan and a target cost per deposit for each GEO.
- Media plan broken down by source, GEO and week
- Weekly report in the same breakdown
- Sources swapped mid-flight without renegotiation
- Access to tracker-side statistics
- Creative production per source
Scaling volume on what already works, while holding the target cost per deposit.
- Volume ceiling per source calculated in advance
- Part of the budget continuously tests new sources
- Separate cohort and retention analytics
- Rev-share discussed separately once the action is measured precisely
The figures above are a starting point for the conversation, not an offer. The final fee depends on the number of GEOs, sources and media volume, and is fixed in the contract or insertion order together with the target metrics. In all three cases media runs as a separate line at the platform’s price, with no markup.
What the team does for the fee
- Platform and creator sourcing
Selection from the database, a six-point check, audience and placement history analysis. You do not search for channels yourself and you do not judge them by subscriber count.
- Negotiation and approval
Terms, deadlines, exclusivity, competitor restrictions — everything is agreed before work starts. We negotiate with platforms on your behalf and record agreements in writing.
- Scripts and creative briefs
Post or video structure paragraph by paragraph, showing where the hook, demo and call to action go. Wording stays with the channel's creator — that way the content sounds natural to their audience.
- Tracking and tagging
Promo codes, deep links, UTMs, postbacks — individually for each placement. Set up before launch and reconciled with your system in week one until the numbers match.
- Moderation and publication control
Every post and video is approved before publication. We make sure what goes out is what was approved, on time and with correct tracking — not what the creator decided to adjust on the fly.
- Weekly reporting
A report in the media plan breakdown: spend, actions, cost per action by source and GEO. The format is fixed — the same table every week, without slide decks or "beautiful" presentations.
- Budget reallocation within a flight
Sources above target cost per action are cut and the budget moves to ones that work — without renegotiation and without an extra fee. Replacing platforms and reshooting creative are included.
- Access to statistics
On request we provide access to tracker-side data: you see the numbers directly, not retold. No forwarding screenshots and no waiting for a manager to pull an export.
What gets asked at this step
We do not understand what the fee covers+
For the work, not the buying: media goes at the platform price and shows up in the report as a separate line. What is included and when the invoice is issued is on the pricing page.
Our budget is small+
The entry threshold is $2,500 in fees plus media from $3,000: roughly $5,500 for the first flight. With less volume the campaign does not collect enough data to make decisions, and we say so before starting, not after.
The budget will be spent with nothing to show+
Media runs as a separate line at cost with no markup. A creator who misses deadlines or quality is replaced at our expense — it is in the contract.
