What we collect

Only what you enter in the form yourself: a name, a way to reach you (phone, email or a messenger handle) and, if you want, a description of the task and a budget range. The address of the page the form was sent from goes with it: that is how we know which service you are asking about without asking again.

Why

To answer your request and discuss the work. Data from the form is not used for mailings, is not passed to third parties and is not sold. If we do not start work after the conversation, the contact stays with us for no longer than a year — in case you come back and would rather not explain everything from scratch.

No trackers, no cookies

The site sets no cookies and connects no external analytics. One value is kept in browser storage — the theme you picked, light or dark. It is never sent anywhere and is erased together with the site data in your browser settings.

Who else sees it

The request goes to our email and our working messenger — that is, to the same people who will reply to you. The hosting provider and the mail service see the data technically, as any intermediary does in transit; they have no separate access to requests.

Your rights

You can ask to see what is stored about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to hi@polarix.digital — we will reply and do it. Consent is withdrawn by the same email; there is no separate form for it.

Changes

If the way we handle data changes, a new date and new text will appear here. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
